The Quilter or the Quilt maker is the person who has a thimble in one hand ,a needle in the second trying to spahe the pile of wool or cotton filled in the shapless fabrics (sack) ,using his gift and croft to give them the beatiful motif and offer them to the people to supply the indispen bable need of covering.
