I didn't like it so I guess I created my own technique.  I could never hold my thread way out across my finger.  The images are still demonstrated that way.</description>

It will also help to have a copy of the V-Stitch pattern in front of you.  The V-stitch is just made of double crochets and chain threes.</description>
